Graceland University has a position available for a full time Admissions Counselor on the Lamoni, IA campus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Experience in college admissions, counseling, public relations or marketing desired. Must be self-motivated, results oriented, energetic, able to relate effectively to other people, able to manage multiple tasks, and have effective and persuasive public speaking and writing skills. Knowledge of Latino heritage and Spanish language skill desirable but not required. Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment activities in an assigned geographic territory using extensive telephone communication, electronic mail, travel, hosting of campus visits and coordination with alumni and campus colleagues. Evening and weekend work required.
