| | What are the job responsibilities? |
•
Work with peers on the Corporate Applications team to determine and
deliver the services and capabilities to drive the IT strategy for the
Legal and Marketing functions.
• Provide leadership for the
generation of a consolidate view of IT services that are used in the
Legal and Marketing functions and help lead the strategy and roadmap
development to leverage those applications and services.
•
Determine the best way to deliver the highest quality and most
cost-effective services and support, recommending which IT services
will be delivered in-house or through approved vendors.
• Manage issue resolution and ensure proper status and performance reporting of key metrics to diverse stakeholders.
• Establish goals and objectives for the team based on strategic and business plans of key functional and IT stakeholders.
• Provide input into the development of the Legal and Marketing
functional business plans and strategy, including IT solution
recommendations and estimates.
• Direct a team of IT professionals who are responsible for delivering Legal and Marketing functional applications.
• Identify process improvements allowing IT services to scale, based on business growth.
• Ensure key projects within the functional area are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Manage software and services vendors to ensure optimal sourcing strategy.
• Other duties as assigned. | | | Who is our ideal candidate? |
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field; Master's Degree desirable.
• Ten+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including 5 years in IT management.
• Strong financial, organizational, and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of Legal and/or Marketing processes and
practices, as well as technology and application needs for the area.
• Demonstrated success in project management and execution involving
multiple major projects or a substantial record of success delivering
complex IT services to a diverse clientele. | |
